About Annyeong!

Annyeong! is a free, independent travel guide for people visiting Korea for the first time — especially fans of K-pop, K-dramas and Korean food who want a trip built around what they actually love.

What we do

Planning a first trip to Korea is exciting but genuinely confusing: visa rules, transit cards, which map app works, where the filming spots are, how to see a music show. We pull all of that into one friendly place so you can spend less time researching and more time enjoying the trip.

  • AI trip planner — tell us your dates, who’s coming and what you love, and we build a realistic day-by-day itinerary with every stop linked to Naver Map.
  • Film-spot tours & Shot Match — visit the real K-drama and music-video locations and line up your photo with the original scene.
  • Idol calendar — the weekly music-show circuit and how international fans get in.
  • Guides & tips — practical, first-hand articles on seasons, food, neighborhoods, etiquette and the essentials nobody tells you.

How we work

Our guides are written to be practical and honest, based on how travel in Korea actually works rather than generic filler. We prefer official sources and real place names — every location links straight into Naver Map — and we’re upfront when something is a sample or a work in progress. We don’t reproduce copyrighted stills from films or dramas; instead we point you to the real places and help you make your own photos there.

Independent and free

Annyeong! is an independent project, not affiliated with any agency, broadcaster or tourism board. The site is free to use and supported by advertising and affiliate links — if you book through some of our outbound links we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, which is what keeps it free. You can read exactly what data we handle in our Privacy Policy.
